Fully Trained Staff
All staff undertake a three day face to face practical induction training course and then complete e-leaning module online. This training is completed before they start working for us. All training is updated on an annual basis.
On Call 24/7
Our staff are available 24/7. When the office is closed you will be diverted through to an On Call Coordinator who will be help you with your needs/ requirements.
24 Hour Care Services
We provide as a minimum a three hour visit all the way up to 24 hour care package. This is to ensure a quality service is provided to meet our customers needs.
Our fully trained and qualified clinical Leads and registered Nurses can assist with all the nursing duties and tasks a district nurse would normally come in and see to. We aim to help alleviate some of the pressure on the district nursing teams during this very difficult time.
Care & Support Services
Our fully trained staff can come in and help with any activities of daily living, i.e. personal care.
Nurse Practitioner Prescribing Services
Our fully trained and qualified nurse practitioner is able to prescribe medications in emergencies where you might not be able to get hold of a GP in a timely manner, i.e. out of hours, evenings and weekends.
Assistance with Meal Preparation
Our staff can come in and help prepare meals. Whether its for the day, the week or the month and you want to store them in the freezer. Staff are trained and experienced at all different levels, and we would match the appropriate care worker to meet our customers needs and requirements.
Assistance with Medication Management
Our staff are fully trained and can come in and prompt, assist or administer medications. They can also assist with order repeat medications and liaising with GP’s regarding changes etc.
Companionship & Activity Services
Our staff can come in and provide a companionship service if you are lonely or can assist you our in the community for recreational activities.
